+ Caroline Evers Endacott - Director

Having learned the ropes of hotel management in her native Bavaria, Caroline completed her education in England with a bachelor degree in hospitality management. In the years following, she counts herself lucky to have managed parts of numerous prestigious events across the 'must have' events circuit run by England's finest gastronomic merchants such as Albert & Michel Roux.

From there, having been encouraged to work abroad and spending time in France and Austria, she later moved into operation and staff development and succeeded to assist the integration of Simply Travel into TUI UK, thus implementing changes across their overseas team throughout Europe.

Having switched to the software industry in 2003 to review the web presence of hospitality companies, Caroline joined James early in 2005 to form Dreamspace.
